This is a very interesting angle for a TG Swap. Maybe an idea for making a "candidate proposal video book," in which potential candidates not only introduce themselves, but also indicate their swap preference(s), so that people who sign up for a TG Swap already, by means of a a few "proposal suggestions" that they take from the proposal book can indicate which direction they prefer, so that it becomes easier for the Swap Institute to match two candidates .... . - Tom -
