Model Rachel Aldana
Dear audience, I was listening to Anderson Cooper's new podcast about grief and loss. He and Stephen Colbert talked about how important it is to share the grief with others especially those who have already lost. I thought I could make a step in that direction by incorporating a bit of my own loss into a caption. If you remember several months ago I had gone silent on captions for a long time. I mentioned I had a family emergency, well the emergency was the passing of my sister and her husband in a car accident. They had a very young child, she turns five in April. Don't worry she still lives, but like her life mine has changed dramatically, as I am now my sister's daughter's guardian now. Many of the parents out there know how much work caring for kids are, and many of you had time to plan for this. Suddenly having a 4 year-old kid drop in your lap was just overwhelming for me, one reason why I find it so difficult to devote time to writing captions. In that I want to give PWriter my strongest of appreciation for writing such amazing captions while I have struggled to put out a caption on a regular schedule. Unfortunately I do not see this changing much for the near future. Anyways I want to thank all of you for your love and amazing support. I will still do my best to put out captions, but right now my best isn't that great. Thank you.
